$29,500 I purchased this vehicle in 2012 at the B & T Classic Car Auction, Reno / Sparks Nevada, Hot August Nights.
At the time of this purchase, I received; the original black CA license plate, the original bill of sale ( $2,716.
06), and the original registration information.
The Camaro was flat bedded from Reno to my home in Southern California.
The odometer mileage reading at the time of purchase was 30,723.
After I purchased this car I was able to contact the original owner, Mrs.
Wallace, and spoke directly to her about the history of the Camaro.
The Camaro, Bolero Red with a black vinyl roof and a black interior, was purchased by her husband as a gift.
Mrs.
Wallace drove the car from 1967 until 1992.
At some point during the time Mrs.
Wallace owned the car, her husband surprised her by changing the body paint from Bolero Red to White.
This was not a pleasant surprise to Mrs.
Wallace, who, in short order, had the car repainted back to the original Bolero Red.
The car has remained Bolero Red ever since.
This Camaro has been garaged, and covered, the entire time I've owned it.
I'm very cognizant about weather and road conditions and, while in my possession, the car has only been driven on sunny days, on clear roads, and in warm weather.
The current odometer shows the mileage at 33,000.
The car stops and starts well.
The paint is shiny, the vinyl top is immaculate.
This is a first-generation 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Sport Coupe that is finished in a color scheme of Bolero Red combined with a black interior and equipped with an automatic 3-speed column transmission, V8 engine, dual exhaust outlets, blacked-out grille, three-spoke steering wheel, chrome bumpers, and solid wheels with chrome beauty rings.
Amenities include a non-working original Delco radio, dual-side mirrors, manual-crank windows, vent windows (wind wings) only found on '67 models, sun visors, forward-folding front bucket seats, a rear bench with lap belts, a dashboard lighter with an ashtray.
The Fisher trim tag indicates this original California car was built at the GM Van Nuys Plant.
A highly handsome American muscle car that is mechanically sound for a great price.
I've invested extensively in upgrading and maintaining this Camaro.
