In January, I have an opening in this house I am renting for a new housemate. It is a 2-person living situation, so just myself and possibly you! You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. I have had some wonderful housemates over the past few years and I am hoping to continue that trend and meet another gem of a human! The home is located in a lovely neighborhood, and the shared spaces include a hot tub, a yoga studio, a living room, a kitchen, and a nice backyard. Ideal applicant is a working professional, someone who cleans up after themselves, especially in shared spaces, willing to communicate their needs and talk through issues that arise, enjoys communal living but also has activities they are excited about outside of the home. For a bit about me, I'm a 32 yo female, moving to Fort Collins at the end of December to start a position at Colorado State University in January. I am a rock climber (sport climbing), and I spend a lot of my non-working time climbing. I also ski uphill, do yoga, and strum my guitar (badly) occasionally. I take pride in caring for my living spaces, and I value open, honest, and kind communication. Happy to share more about myself via phone call or email, and provide references from recent housemates. The lease periods are 6 months The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. But if you have your own bed, the bed can be put into storage. Pets are okay with a pet fee. Utilities are $100 per month. Bedroom is medium-sized 9.5 x 12.5, and the bathroom is petite!
