The cost per bedroom is $713 (which includes furnishings, cable, internet, trash and liability coverage). This particular unit is 3 bedrooms and each bedroom is leased individually, but each person has access to a common area (downstairs) which has a huge kitchen and open concept living space as well as in-unit washer and dryer and half bathroom.
Each bedroom has a full, private bathroom with a huge closet. Bedrooms also come furnished with bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and night table.
Average utility cost is $70/month (gas, electric, water). We will do a deep clean of the unit before you move in as an extra incentive.
Parking is free and ample. This particular unit is technically a handicap-accessible unit so it is larger than similar 3 bedroom units.
