Lead IT Specialist (Infosec)

Applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level; or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates:
In-depth knowledge of federal and industry IT Security guidelines. Experience with the process of integrating cybersecurity and information assurance best practices throughout the IT software development lifecycle (SDLC); providing information assurance assessments (full testing) of IT systems. Ability to lead IT activities such as information/quality assurance management, cybersecurity and solution/service/application testing, automated test scripting, Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), User-Acceptance Testing (UAT) management, and deployment of information technology (IT) solutions that integrate seamlessly into the RD enterprise architecture. IT solutions include, but are not limited to, commercial off the shelf (COTS) products; mobile and cloud technologies. There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-13 level. NOTE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
