Job Description:
As a Photolithography Engineer with the Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD), you will have a broad and rewarding set of responsibilities in our existing high volume Si and GaAs production facilities located in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are looking to hire a talented, highly motivated engineer responsible for challenging and rewarding work in areas including:
Layer and process ownership for MEMS, GaAs and Silicon based technologies. This will include a combination of sustaining work, as well as development of new processes, materials, and applications on existing high volume manufacturing lines.
Hands-on photolithography metrology tool and process ownership.
New tooling selection, acceptance and start-up as well as optimization and upgrade work to improve performance on tooling platforms.
Yield and cost improvements to existing unit processes to deliver highly robust and consistent, high quality results in collaboration with various equipment maintenance and operational organizations.
Development and characterization of robust solutions to R&D needs in collaboration with development engineering groups.
Experimental design and data analysis to support the above process qualifications and changes, ensuring the identification and resolution of yield and defect issues and communication of results across our organization.
Qualifications:
BS (MS or higher preferred) in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry.
Expertise in photolithography processing with at least 5 years experience after completion of schooling.
Proficiency in a wide variety of metrology, coat/develop, imaging and bake tools.
Expertise in engineering fundamentals for all areas of fab processing, and data analysis skills to support core job functions.
Strength in Statistical Process Control for a high volume manufacturing facility.
Understanding of general processing techniques and concepts for silicon based MEMS devices and/or GaAs applications including interdependencies with other unit processes.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Track record of self-motivated and collaborative learning.
Strong cross functional teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to deliver improvements within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and multitask is essential.
Strong ownership, initiative and communication skills.
Experience with thick resists and significant topography is a strong plus.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
