We are seeking the best Service technicians in the Fort Collins, CO area
This position is for serious career minded individuals with previous experience as a Service Technician on a residential community.
Job duties include day to day general maintenance of the community and service requests for apartment repairs as directed by Service Manager or Property Manager.

You will be required to fill out a short questionnaire and take an assessment skills test. This takes about 25 minutes, but it helps us weed out those who are not willing to put in the effort to join the best. Candidates that do not complete the test will not be considered.
