Description:
The Junior Storage Administrator will be responsible for managing customer requests for additional product features, functionality, or compatibility needed to make significant sales of HP Storage solutions, via telephone and written correspondence with HP sales teams, regional sales contacts and product development contacts within the specified service level.
Required Skills:
Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope.
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years related experience in a telephone support
position
in a service or end-user support environment.
1 year experience in the microcomputer industry.
Some database entry and database housekeeping will also be needed.
Technical training in HP or other manufacturers Storage product lines.
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Contract length: 1 month with a strong possibility of extension or permanent placement
Pay: Hourly, W-2; No Corp to Corp
