Director of Admissions o Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field and two to three years of direct experience working with the geriatric population. Assistant Director of Nursing o RN or LPN with experience in management and long term care Must possess an unencumbered license from the State of Colorado and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital and/or long term care facility. Prefer one year of experience in nursing leadership or education. Social Services o Bachelor's Degree in the human services field with experience in long term care preferred Please apply on-line at
