CES Direct Support Provider:
The person in this position works directly with children who have cognitive disabilities (severe/profound cognitive impairments, psychiatric disorders, physical disabilities, aging considerations, and fragile medical conditions) and are enrolled in the CES program.
This person provides direct services in areas such as communications, daily living skills, education, exercise, recreation, and health and hygiene as outlined in the child's SP (Service Plan) and PAR (Prior Authorization Record); and develops positive/proactive behaviors with children.
Services would take place in the child's home and/or in community settings.
P/T position 5-29.
75 hrs.
per week starting at $11.
