We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the HR functions within our organization.
This is a key leadership position that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES Implement programs to help improve the employee experience Maintain Personnel files within the HR department Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations, review and created policies and practices to maintain compliance, and recommend best practices Manage New Hire OnBoarding process in Paycom Process bi-weekly payroll for Spirit, hotels and restaurants.
Process commission payouts Manage and oversee all aspects of Vacation and Sick Leave balances Receive, calculate, track, and process all employee garnishments Escheatment management Track and payout Anniversary Recognition payments Review and process payroll reports Track employee referrals and payouts Oversee benefits administration including conducting Open Enrollment mtgs monthly and annually, process change reporting, process Cobra, answering employee inquiries, and ACA reporting and compliance.
Process 401k Contributions and Assist with maintenance of 401k administrative platform Monitor company phone reimbursements Review and approve all HR related invoices Assist in recruitment efforts as needed Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from database Manage Social Security Administration reporting and discrepancies Liaise with auditors and manage audits Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, Federal and State laws Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Manage and resolve employee questions, issues, and employee investigations Performs other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The Payroll & Benefits Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
Must have basic PC knowledge, minimum typing speed of 45 wpm Ability to write and communicate professionally Should possess the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously Must excel in attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on task while prioritizing time and deadlines Excellent hearing required to hear employee concerns, answer phones, etc.
Excellent vision required to review all incoming documentation, filing, etc.
Excellent speech communication skills required to assist with policy construction, professional email correspondence, etc.
Excellent comprehension and literacy required to read all documentation, employment laws, and write documentation This position must demonstrate the following skills:
