Qualified applicants will have a high business acumen and a structured go-to-market plan that will focus on, and maximize, new business development.

Licensing IS required.
General Lines Property & Casualty PLUS General Lines Life & Health should be obtained within 45 days of joining us.
Don't worrywe'll help you get licensed! PROFESSIONALLY SUCCESSFUL & STABLE with MINIMUM 3
years of high-level sales experience.
Minimum liquidity may be required depending on the Agency program.
Self-employment experience desired but not required.
College degree preferred.
Competitive and driven to achieve.
Responsible, disciplined, and accountable with high degree of integrity
Responsibilities:
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Build and lead a successful team.
