PROCESS SERVER - LEGAL DOCUMENT COURIER - Experience ONLY Established Investigative Company is in need of an EXPERIENCED Process Server for Legal Document delivery.
Preferred candidate is presently working as a process server and seeking more papers to increase their income.
Server should have experience and knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
Service of Process includes; simple postings, bank garnishments, civil proceedings.
REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE Over the Age of 18 Local to the area Pass a Background Check Have Computer with scanner/printer, internet access and Smart Phone Knows Colorado Rules of Civil Process (CRCP) Good work ethics (Communication is a MUST) RELIABILITY Dependableand insured transportation/Valid Driver's License Be pleasant and personable when delivering documents This is a contract position (1099), supplemental income.
There are opportunities for additional work (surveillance).
We pay our servers the same regardless of bad addresses or unsuccessful attempts.
