Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Banquet Bartender is to provide guests with anexcellent bar experience during banquet events.
Work Performed:
TheBanquetBartenderwill be tasked with the following duties,responsibilities, and assignments:
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverageswhile following standardrecipes to ensure established control systems arefollowed;Promote food and beveragesales;Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteouslyservingguests;Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneouspreparation, stocking,etc;Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closingtime, complete closingduties;Ensure cleanliness of thebar;Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and companypolicies;Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, includingreporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions tomanagement;andAny and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of theposition.

Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
