Schedule would entail working in our Fort Collins , Loveland and Longmont offices.
Previous Dental Office Experience Required Our Endodontic practice is continuing to grow and we are seeking a career oriented, experienced Receptionist / Business Assistant to support our clinical team.

Job Description & Duties The Receptionist / Business Assistant plays a vital role as the first face that patients see when they come to our practice, or the first voice that general dentists hear when referring their patients to our practice.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional attitude, have a self-starter mentality, and should be able to prioritize and complete several daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a drive to succeed are also a must.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ready, willing and able to complete tasks as assigned by the doctor or Practice Administrator Helps manage many of the day-to-day operations of a business and helps keep everything running smoothly Responsible for being the positive first impression for patients when they walk in and providing service excellence with all visitors Completes all opening duties before patients walk in for the day, and closing duties before leaving for the day Responsible for following all the steps for checking-in and checking-out each patient, including making sure everything is accounted for before the patient walks out of the door (e.
g getting referral, going over treatment plan, scheduling follow up appointments, collecting co-pays etc.
) Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and making sure the schedule aligns to the scheduling guidelines approved by the doctor Checks supplies inventory and notifies practice administrator when items are getting low Responsible for documenting patient communication within the record and relaying it to the doctor in a timely manner Responsible for collecting correct insurance information and documenting in the patient's chart Responsible for sending patient x-rays and doctor communication to the correct general dentist Responsible for collecting the correct payment amount from the patient before they walk out of the door Supports clinical staff with flipping treatment rooms (when needed) Job Type:
