Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance are met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at all sites, reviewing resident move-in files, and passing all local regulatory agency and TCAC inspections.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in affordable housing.
Knowledge of and experience with, certification in tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based section 8 compliance.
Professional presentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Background and Drug Screening Required.
