We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at our Fort Collins office.
The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent organization and interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task and work well in a high-paced environment.

Must be able to work ON SITE 8:
00 am to 5:
00pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties include:
Greeting agency clients and visitors.
Managing phone calls, emails, faxes, and other correspondence.
Appointment scheduling.
Processing client payments.
Generating billing statements as needed.
Insurance verification Entering and updating patient information in EHR system.
Managing office maintenance and ordering supplies; communicating needs to maintenance contractors.
Maintaining agency client files, including archives, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance.
Retrieving documents for records requests.
Ensuring that the common areas are presentable for use.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
