The ideal candidate will work closely with the company owner, controller, and team to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Some of the primary duties you can expect to manage include, but are not limited to:
Handle multiple daily office tasks :
physical & digital file organization, managing the office email, sorting mail, phone calls, ordering office supplies, misc.
errands Daily bookkeeping, A/P, & A/R, reconciliations Vendor/Subcontractor Management:
making sure we have signed subcontractor agreement, lien waivers, insurance certificates, W-9's, etc.
Organizing & maintaining data for individual projects and catering to clients when the need arises Assisting with various audits & securing/maintaining licenses and permit renewals Assisting with various other tasks as they arise Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$20.
