Job Description This is a remote position.
Position Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Serve as the point of contact for all assigned projects Ensure that milestones are being achieved Maintain a detailed issues tracker throughout the project and work with all required parties to ensure that the issues are being assigned, resolved, and closed Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation, working cross-functionally to identify and assignee the correct stakeholders Execute and chair a weekly (sometimes Bi-weekly) project update call for each project with all internal and external customers Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - (i.

Critical Path Methodology) Report and escalate risks, issues and roadblocks to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per Enlitic Standard Operations Procedures Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Use and continually develop leadership skills Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document all critical deliverables Requirements Location Remote or Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area Relocation assistance available Education Bachelor of Business/Management and/or relevant industry work experience preferred Experience 2
years' project management experience Experience in the healthcare industry a plus Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred ISO/QMS Requirements Understand and practice all requirements of EN ISO 13485:
2016, ISO 13485:
2016 MDSAP including 21 CFR 820, QMS Manual, Process Flows and Work Instructions.
Experience with EN ISO 62304:
2006 a plus.
Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
Support Internal and External audits.
