Purpose:
The General Manager leads the club in accordance with the Genesis Purpose, treating staff as family and leveraging teamwork in order to help people take charge of their health! 2.

The General Manager ensures the Genesis Mission is executed to the fullest extent within the club, fulfilling the commitment we make to members regarding the quality of their club experience and our ownership of their health and fitness results.

Gallery Bartender Expected Results:
In Support of Club Performance & Member Experience 1.
Creating an AWESOME experience for Members and Guests The Gallery Team is responsible for creating a lasting and memorable impression of The Fort Collins Club Prepare, execute and complete a myriad of Gallery services Perform opening, closing and change of shift specific duties, including cleaning, restocking and food prep Maintain cleanliness and orderliness standards of the Gallery space Manage the Gallery cash drawer, with full responsibility for balancing and deposits 2.
Operations Responsible for consistent cleanliness Making sure all food and drinks are prepped for use Dishes are consistently kept clean Daily wipe down of counters and kitchen surfaces Seating areas are cleaned after each use 3.
Member Experience Creating a positive and energetic atmosphere Pouring and charging appropriately for all drinks Making awesome food Engaging/positive interactions with members and guests Knowledgeable in daily/weekly food and drink specials Ability to make a suggestion for an up sale 4.
Team Experience Must be a Team player Utilize out scheduling system (When 2Work) to timely request coverage for shifts Be on time, clocked in and ready to work when shift begins Have the availability to work one weekend, one opening, and one closing shift per week Must be willing to support Team by subbing at least once per month Must be a Team player and complete all check/to do lists for your scheduled shifts Position Qualifications and Requirements Qualifications - Gallery/Bar Tender Have previous food and alcohol service experience, as well as cash handling experience, appropriate to the position Be passionate about customer service and working with a team Possess basic computer skills Monitor and address safety Be energetic and self-motivated Be available to work weekday, evening and weekend shifts as scheduled Have the willingness to learn Have a positive attitude Requirements - Gallery/Bar Tender This position is full-time with a variable schedule; the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends according to the needs of the club 21 and over Reliable transportation to and from work CPR and First Aid Certification To apply, please come in and fill out an application in the club during the time frame specified below:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
