We are currently looking for a career oriented experienced service advisor that has a love of German Automobiles.
Working with VW customers, you will provide the highest level of customer service while following 7-12 repair orders daily with excellent KPI's.
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, customer interactions, working with technicians and parts people all in harmony.
Multitasking is a must as well as the ability to work calmly in a fast paced and stressful environment.
