Become a Grover at Aspen Grove Veterinary Care! Join our veterinary team as a client services representative! Our Client Services Representatives are often the first and last impression of a visit to Aspen Grove.
In addition to treating all visitors with compassion and decorum, our CSRs are responsible for:
Efficiently managing all client needs and communication Coordinating the veterinarians' appointment schedule Scheduling boarding/daycare reservations Telephone triage Maintenance of electronic medical records Discussing charges and payment policies with clients Processing payments; and accurately maintaining the treatment reminder system Ideal candidates for this position should thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment, enjoy moving around a lot (we don't sit still!), be detail-oriented, show an aptitude for customer service, and enjoy being part of a fun veterinary team environment.
We require a high standard of patient care in this veterinary clinic, professionalism, and an outstanding team-player attitude.
