Our most successful associates demonstrate these qualities every day! THE PRIMARY DUTIES OF OUR MEMBER SERVICE COUNSELORS ARE TO:
Meet, greet and serve the members who come in to the office for service.
Provide prompt, and efficient service to all members, non-members and coworkers.
Direct customer traffic to ensure that all members and customers are taken care of within the company standards time frame.
Provide members with travel planning, information, assistance and guidance including maps and touring publications.
Offer and book car and hotel reservations based on the customers' needs.
Assist members with AAA services and questions including, cash transactions, membership questions, and other services in a courteous and helpful manner.
Accurately collect, record, and reconcile monies collected on behalf of AAA Colorado.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least one year of prior retail customer service and sales experience.
Working knowledge of personal computer, internet and competent keyboarding skills to accurately and effectively complete daily work assignments.
Strong communication, decision-making and telephone etiquette skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Previous experience handling and reconciling large cash transactions.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
