- Manage accounts receivable - Assist financial planning processes - Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations - Generate financial reports and statements for management review - Conduct governmental accounting activities, including tracking grants and subsidies - Perform technical accounting tasks, such as revenue recognition and expense allocation - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - No payroll - Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and calculations - Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations - Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records - Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
Additional experience or certifications in bookkeeping or accounting may be preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
