Summary:
RC Events is the largest event rental company in Northern Colorado.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and support to all customers, current and new, in fulfilling their requests and ultimately creating memorable events all over Colorado and beyond.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Make sure that all work is accurate and that all queries are resolved.
Ability to handle the heavy volume of customer inquiries via phone and/or email.
Answer phones and assist customers with orders, questions, or any concerns relating to their event.
Service-oriented with the ability and willingness to serve customers from order inception until completion of the event.
Suggest alternative solutions to customers when needed.
Work with clients in the showroom choosing rental products Proactively handle any order conflicts or issues timely Serve as the customer champion to successfully manage, act and resolve customer needs with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of the customer while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent 2
years of account representative/inbound sales experience Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior catering, event planning, or other hospitality experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a team-orientated, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to establish and develop relationships with customers, internal and external.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to complete and manage a large volume of high-quality work quickly, coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Problem-solver and solution-oriented.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
