As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our logistics processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With your basic understanding of receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, you'll be the first point of contact for any logistical issues that arise.
You'll be a problem solver, using your skills to resolve minor operational problems and working collaboratively with team members to implement process and system improvements.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our logistics operations are optimized for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications What you will be doing Understands six sigma tools and participates in 5S to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoots and solves problems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Understands and follows processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with team members to implement changes that increase efficiency and improve standards.
Identifies and reconciles mistakes on process documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Recommends revisions of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout or other changes to increase efficiency or improve standards, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For High school diploma or international equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required Basic knowledge of logistic processes and equipment Basic understanding of process documentation Basic computer skills (i.
