Activity Assistant - PT- Centre Avenue Health and Rehab
Centre Avenue Health & Rehab is located at 815 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.
We are accepting applications for an Activity Assistant available to work:
Part Time Saturday and Sunday 6 hours each day Starting wage between $15.
00 - $16.
00/hour (depending on experience)Activity Assistant Assists the Activity Director in planning and executing an activity program.
Provides ongoing program to support residents in their choice of activities facility-sponsored and independent, designed to meet the interests of and support the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, encouraging both independence and interaction within the facility and the greater community.
Assists with planning the monthly activity calendar.
Conducts and assists with activities both large group and one-on-one.
Activity Assistant RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
