Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations:
Control profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take appropriate action Plan and ensure the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members Maintain an exceptional level of customer service Know and manage compliance with federal, state and local labor laws to ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections Requirements:

Years of Quick Service Restaurant Management experience A proven record of increasing sales and profitability Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales Excellent customer service standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Proven reliability and personal integrity This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
