Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) - SNF
Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs (LSWs allowed), LMFTs, and LPCs or associate level therapists to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Fort Collins, Colorado!Whether you join as a W2 Employee, or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through Outpatient Tele-Health Therapy.

Responsibilities:
Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company provided Telehealth software.
Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I) Complies with agency policies and procedures.
Job Type:
Part-time, W2 and 1099 Independent Contract Provider options available.
Requirements Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or related associate/intern level licensure.
NPI (National Provider Identifier).
Professional Liability Insurance.
Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS! TB Test.
Covid 19 Vaccination

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
Skills:
