Unit Description:
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food for Longview Behavioral Health in Fort Collins, CO.
The General Manager will direct all food & nutrition operations for the 64-bed, behavioral health hospital.
This strategic leader will build and lead a team of 5-8 patient food services frontline employees.
The ideal General Manager candidate will be an experienced manager with proven ability to foster culture and build a strong team.
Salary range is competitive and negotiable with a bonus incentive plan and a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.
The successful candidate will:
direct and oversee all food and nutrition service day-to-day patient feeding operationsdevelop, mentor and engage with supervisors and frontline employees achieve company and client financial targets and goals develop and maintain client and customer relationships work hands-on with the team ensure safety and sanitation compliance The ideal candidate will have:
a food and culinary background with extensive experience with ordering and inventory management demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop teams a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrated professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and self-motivated; a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the team Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Production Professional (CFPP), a huge plus Employees who work in Healthcare and Seniors are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19as a term and condition of employment, absent a legally required exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via an online portal.

Position
Summary:
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit.
Plans and supervises special functions.
Maintains cash control and payroll records.
Hires and trains unit personnel.
Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.
Senior-most person assigned to a one client accountProvides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
