We have been in business for over 40 years providing services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
We currently have offices in Denver, Pueblo and Fort Collins.
The Fort Collins office serves all of Northern Colorado including:
Larimer, Weld, and Boulder counties.
We are looking for providers to support our Clients in our Day Program! Day Program is open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm and is located in Fort Collins.
This is a flexible part time position that is at our location in Fort Collins.
Providers work with adults only, anyone over 18.
Our clients in Day Program spend 3 hours in the program at the base site doing activities and 3 hours in the community.
This position is directly working with our clients and helping them work on building new skills and making sure they are safe.
Clients make friends and keep busy! Duties and responsibilities of a Day Provider include:
-Companionship and protective oversight -Helping clients meet formal and informal goals -Keeping clients engaged in various activities throughout the day -Ensure client health and safety -Assistance with toileting as needed -Assistance with accessing the community -Documentation of daily activities, progress, and behaviors We offer:
-CPR/First Aid training -QMAP (Certification to administer medications) - We care about your time and offer a flexible schedule.
-Client specific training, get to know who you're working with! -A supportive environment and the chance to contribute to your community! Job Requirements:
- CNA license is a plus -Experience working as a care giver is preferred (However, if no experience, we value enthusiasm to learn!) -Positive attitude and strong work ethic -Strong interpersonal skills -Reliable and responsible to attend shifts -Working vehicle and proof of auto insurance -Ability to pass criminal background check -High School Diploma or equivalent GED If a Day Program Provider sounds like the right fit for you, we are looking for wonderful additions to our team.
