Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Utilizing your experience in the home service industry to better understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills gained from your experience in running schedules to efficiently manage customer requests, appointments, and follow-ups.
Following a provided script to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.

Effectively multitasking to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks simultaneously.
Collaborating with team members and technicians, drawing from your industry knowledge, to coordinate and streamline service delivery.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
