We specialize in digital fundraising and voter engagement, primarily through mobile texting, for candidates, PACs, committees, and charitable nonprofit organizations.
Our efforts are concentrated on center/right causes and the fundraising agencies that direct those candidates and groups.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our fundraising and political activation initiatives by efficiently handling data entry, campaign management, vendor interactions, regulatory compliance, and result tracking.
The successful candidate will have a strong affinity for working with computers and possess exceptional organizational skills to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of our operations.
Key responsibilities include managing client orders, coordinating with internal data teams and external data partners, inputting and reviewing campaign results, collaborating with deployment vendors, and maintaining regular communication with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to improve outcomes for all.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
1.
Data Entry and Management Accurately enter and maintain various data sets related to fundraising campaigns, get-out-the-vote and other activation efforts, and all manner of donor information.
Ensure data hygiene and integrity by conducting regular data audits and cleanup.

Campaign Management Collaborate with the data and IT teams to load and launch fundraising and voter activation campaigns across multiple channels and vendors, including SMS and MMS text platforms.
Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, making necessary real-time adjustments to optimize results.
3.
Vendor Interactions Work with vendors, fundraising and marketing agencies, and digital texting platforms, to coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of services.
Communicate effectively with vendors to provide necessary campaign assets, troubleshoot issues, and gather performance reports.
4.
Regulatory Compliance Complete regulatory forms and documentation related to fundraising activities, ensuring compliance with federal election law, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant regulations.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best political fundraising practices to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
5.
Result Tracking and Reporting Monitor and track the results of campaigns and fundraising efforts, compiling relevant data and generating reports for analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance to improve future marketing and fundraising strategies.
Requirements:

Technical Skills Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with data management and analytics tools (such as Tableau) to track and analyze campaign performance.

Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free data entry and precise campaign execution.
Ability to spot discrepancies or anomalies in data and take appropriate corrective actions.

Organizational Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Capacity to recognize and address mistakes or missed targets promptly and clearly.
Willingness to maintain open and proactive communication with all stakeholders and embrace an outcome-oriented approach when exchanging ideas.

Analytical Thinking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
Possess a keen eye for detail to identify, organize, and analyze data to uncover anomalies, trends, and patterns.
Evaluate options and make informed decisions based on relevant data and resources, weighing the pros, cons, and potential risks to recommend the best course of action.

Adaptability Demonstrate a flexible mindset to navigate changing priorities, evolving marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.
Willingness to sometimes work early since O2M is in the Mountain Time Zone and most of the industry is in the Eastern Time Zone.
7.
Education and Experience Proven experience in a similar role, handling data entry, campaign management, and vendor coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
