Core ResponsibilitiesThe OEM Technical Customer Manager is a key member of our team responsible for providing technical program management and white glove support to some of our top large OEM accounts.
You will be HP's subject-matter expert in our Advanced Compute Solutions group in support of these large accounts.
You will drive partnerships, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment of customer needs and internal dynamics.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on OEM and educate customers and sales teams on the value of HP solutions.
If you are passionate about technology, have worked in a software enterprise sales or business development role, and can operationally drive new business solutions and models in an ambiguous environment, we want to talk to you.
The primary objectives of this role include:
OEM customer 'x' & OEM customer 'y' worldwide Provide Facilitate roadmap/planning details (platform, commodity, regulatory) Support sales account team with customer visits Pre-sales/technical consultation role for Advanced Compute Solutions (trusted advisor) Change management (gather/communicate details, SCR, influence lifecycles, facilitating component changes/bridge buy/LTB) Manage grey space (inconsistent or partially/non-existing processes) Define Lifecycle Agreement & Draft LL Docs Lead Internal HP Big 3 Team cadence.
Drive customer NPI project to integrate into CIS (Custom Services) Interface between OEM Customer R&D and HP R&D teamsAbout You Take Initiative and are Structured/Organized.
You know how to structure and solve ambiguous problems without looking for someone to tell you how to get things done.
Know your customer; great customer relationship/engagement skills.
You are deeply customer curious.
You internalize the point of view of our customer and exhaustively represent her wants, needs and pain points.
OEM Guru, with strong technical ability and knowhow.
You have several years of relevant industry experience and are extremely comfortable getting into the trenches with engineers, developers, customers, and partners to discuss HP's OEM program and solutions.

Use data-based decision-making to convince partners and customers of the merits of your given argument.
Drive Collaboration.
Create a culture of collaboration and promote deep partnership across Business Units and teams.
