Commission o Flexible PTO (work life balance) / o This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day production of the company from interfacing with executive leadership team, estimating, sales, finance, management of field operations, supervision of safety, project management, onsite progress, and employee retention.

Responsibilities:
o Will be responsible for assisting with sales, estimating, and material procurement.
o Dispatch installing Crews to assigned projects.
o Contributes to the development of a thoughtful project pre-plan.
o Creating effective and efficient project schedules.
o Ensure Project schedules and timelines are being met by production.
o Coordinate and schedule Subcontractors required for project.
o Take lead for the development of the schedule with all vendors, suppliers, building code agencies, and management team.
o Coordinates between project management, estimating, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and client to ensure work complies with contract and company quality standards.
o Create, maintain, and monitor a look ahead schedule o Facilitates discovery and correction of contract document errors and omissions, and problem solving.
o Determine manpower levels, material quantities and equipment requirements.
o Takes lead on productivity issues and monitors work performance and efficiency of company employees in the field to ensure project plans and schedules are followed and project is executed effectively.
o Record jobsite activities and updates in Procore software.
o Handles potential problems, work interference, or schedule difficulties, while assisting in circumventing and resolving conflicts.
o Maintains logs and documentation of trainings, inspections, injuries and illnesses, and other safety records.
o Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and training skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
o Oversee successful execution of all roofing services.
o Collaborate on long & short-term plans for the department s growth.
o Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team.
o You will assist in overseeing services, installations, and operations of all roofing projects.
o Responsible for interviewing, training, coaching, and disciplining of the operations team as needed.
o Job Requirements:
o Oversees successful execution of all roofing services.
o Oversees the sales, services, installations, and operations of all commercial and residential roofing projects.
o Organized and able to multitask.
o Responsible for interviewing, training, coaching, and disciplining.
o Some experience working with insurance adjusters and property management companies preferred.
o
Qualifications:
o A professional degree preferably in Construction Management or equivalent desired but not required.
Outstanding communication skills.
o Strong customer service skills.
o Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Must be able to work in difficult or sensitive situations.
o Exhibit a sense of urgency with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
o Must be flexible and open to a constantly changing work environment.
o Must pass drug screening, background check, and an MVR.
