Supervisory Responsibilities This job is not a supervisory role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily:
Reviews production dashboard for assignments and reviews with team Daily:
Performs required daily maintenance on equipment assigned to them Daily:
Prints, laminates, cuts, and hand finishing of projects Color checks of printing jobs Tool pathing and cut path setup for finishing.
Preflight of print jobs in queue Daily:
Packaging of finished goods.
Daily:
Updating job status in our production dashboard Daily:
Cleaning of work area Weekly:
Performs weekly maintenance on equipment assigned to them Monthly:
Performs monthly maintenance on equipment assigned to them Qualifications To perform this position successfully one must exhibit a craftsmanship quality.
One must be an example of being punctual, friendly, a good communicator and able to work undistracted in a busy environment.
Education and/or Experience Knowledge of both Windows based computer programs including Email.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read.
Able to use basic tools including but not limited to tape measures, rules, knives, and other basic hand tools.
Skills and Abilities and Attitude needed.
Able to work standing during majority of day.
Able to shift focus from one task to another thought the day.
Capable of asking for direction or help when needed.
Limits personal distractions.
Understands measurements and use of tape measure or ruler.
Works with safety in mind and wears appropriate clothing and footwear.
PPE when needed.
Basic math skills Reliable Flexible schedule (we start early in the summer and generally work a 35-40-hour work week.
Weekend shifts are very rare.
) Values an organized and clean environment.
Cares for shop tools and does not lose them.
