This position is a combination of outbound potential client reach outs via phone calls and email, and internal customer success including phone calls, email communication, and HubSpot reporting.
Strong verbal, written skills, communication and HubSpot skills are a must, as we are a tight-knit team that keeps each other in the know.
The candidate must have a friendly and upbeat personality, enjoy working with people, and have a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

Role and
Responsibilities:
Treat our clients like family, keeping them engaged, connected, and informed.
Daily client interaction - by phone, email, and in-person Outbound calling and emails to potential clients HubSpot reporting Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Compiles mailing lists of new potential clients Sends sample packets and mailers as needed.
Steady and consistent follow-up with clients through their ordering process.
Order intake and confirmation Building estimates Order and review tracking Performs other office duties as needed.
Sending relevant customer information to Marketing Team Skills & Mindset Strong Technology Skills:
Excel, Word, Outlook.
Comfortable learning new technology and programs A thorough understanding of the HubSpot platform Excellent Verbal and Written Skills - e-mail, phone, and in person Willing to Learn New Things - open to ideas, open to change Entrepreneurial Mindset - willing to jump in and do what is needed to delight our customers and our team Personal Accountability & Responsibility- own your actions and good and bad results.
