Summary:
The Dayporter will perform regularly scheduled visits to commercial properties to complete the following tasks:
Visual inspections of property appearance and reporting maintenance issues to Property Managers for follow up Removal of trash and debris from properties during each visit (including emptying exterior trash cans) Blow sidewalks and curbs to remove leaves/debris.
Wipe down sills/ledges and clean entryway windows.
Power washing Seasonal watering of flowerpots and hanging baskets Seasonal laying ice melt and spot-check snow removal.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
Ability to maintain focus while working independently.
Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail.

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid Driver's License Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Working environment includes indoors and outdoors and may occur during inclement weather Language and Reasoning Ability:
