POSITION:
LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION SUPERINTENDENT DEFINITION:
The Landscape Installation Superintendent will be responsible for the organization of jobs and install crews.
This will include tasks such as:
scheduling the start date of projects, organizing and ordering material, scheduling and follow-ups with subcontractors, and communicating with customers.
The Landscape Installation Superintendent will also be responsible for the field/cross training of install crews and the ensuring the adherence to All Terrain Landscaping standard operating procedures.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED This position receives direct supervision from the Landscape Installation Manager.
The Landscape Installation Superintendent exercises supervision over the Landscape Installation Foreman and all landscape general labor positions.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
Must be a team player and have strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
They must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at the same time.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Advanced knowledge of irrigation, plants, and hardscape installation Knowledge of proper care, maintenance, and operation of landscape equipment.
Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Ability to practice time management and keep schedule.
Knowledge in Microsoft office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Leads in landscape and irrigation installation Assists in the training of Install Foreman.
In charge of job tracking and maintaining job budget Ordering, scheduling, timesheets, client interaction.
Approving of invoices of current jobs for job tracking.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
ATL promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, GED or Vocational training and two to three years (2-3) related experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Valid driver's license is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
