Team Member Responsibilities First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team Taking payments for food orders and providing correct change Stocking condiment and beverage stations Taking customer orders via telephone and mobile apps Clear tables, return trays to the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, wash and sanitize cooking utensils, and maintain bathrooms each day to make sure the restaurant is clean Respond to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy Team Member Qualifications Prior food service industry experience is awesome but not required Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Displays great time management and organizational skills Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Team Member Compensation and Schedule $16/hr to start plus production/performance raises!
