Successful new staff members may be eligible for training as direct care staff, including paid CNA training and QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel); Elderhaus provides First Aid/CPR training Position Description Safely transport individuals living with dementia, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other needs to and from their places of residence and Elderhaus Assist clients to and from their front door as needed; assist with loading and unloading passengers; assist clients to and from the parking lot and inside the Elderhaus facility; keep vehicle in line of sight at all times when participants are on board Complete paperwork for mileage; sign clients in and out; ensure and document vehicle safety Follow all Elderhaus employee policies and procedures Report any incidents and complete incident report if required (verify with management) Job Requirements Valid driver's license (does NOT require CDL) Pass background checks Ability to physically assist clients as needed Reliable and safe Schedule Morning routes run from approximately 7:
