We believe in a low-pressure sales environment where we use technology to education our guests on sleep while fitting them to the proper mattress.
In a time where people are finding online mattress shopping is failing them, we are here to solve that issue.
We provide all of our team members with one-on-one training, the proper tools, and clean and comfortable work environment so that they may thrive.

With hundreds of 5-star reviews our two-store retail business is known for going above and beyond - we encourage you check out what our customers are saying! We try to keep it simple! You'll greet customers and determine what products they want or need while earning competitive pay plus commission and with the potential for bonuses! Qualifications Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.
Customer Service is #1 and you must be able and willing to maintain our exceptional service and reputation.
Must be flexible and adaptable to anticipate customer needs and interests.
Skillful in multitasking, so you can successfully engage multiple customers at a time, providing each with an attentive and exceptional shopping experience.
Honesty and integrity are essential.
You want our customers to refer their friends to you! Must be able to demonstrate English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Recommending, selecting or helping to locate or obtain specific mattresses based on customer needs and desires.
Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices.
Describing the benefits of soft goods:
pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and more.
Provide support and answers to customer inquiries on sleep-related topics, product knowledge, order placement, and order follow up.
Be an effective communicator.
Listen, learn, and engage customers to educate them on our products and brand values.
Have confidence in yourself and trust that you are providing customers with the best and most relevant information possible.
Maintain professional and friendly communications.
Whether over the phone, over email, or in person, we want to ensure our customers receive the best, courteous, customer service possible.
Be able to manage multiple customer accounts at the same time.
You need to be quick on your feet when it comes to ensuring all customers receive your attention in-store and online.
